Vision Functions – General |
These functions relate to setting parameters for the Vision application.

This function allows the Company Administrator to create the specified division's default weekly schedule without logging into the Vision application. (If there is no default schedule, the system creates a blank schedule.)
Select the Division from the drop-down.
Enter a date (or select it from the pop-up calendar) – the system automatically displays the related Week ending date.

When

any applicable Vision alerts are displayed.

This function applies to the Web Clock application only.
If the Paid Breaks flag is not

breaks are treated as meal time.
Replay PunchesPunch Exceptions include rule violations and "oddities" like unpaired punches; e.g., where a valid "in" punch has no corresponding "out" punch. The Replay function reviews these punch exceptions and attempts to create paired transactions that update the Vision schedule. |
